Services

Done Seven offer a range of services to enable the successful delivery of organisational change.

Training

Our practitioners offer onsite, remote and hybrid training for project managers tasked with delivering change. We offer one day courses including ‘An introduction to project management’ for beginners, as well as an ‘Advanced project practitioner’ course for those already in the role, but looking to deepen their skills.

Hands on delivery

Done Seven consultants are available on an interim basis to jump into key roles in your change projects and programmes. We can provide project and programme leadership for projects and programmes at all stages of the lifecycle from discovery and business case development, right through to delivery, handover to business as usual, benefit realisation and close down. We will focus on working with your people to deliver exceptional outcomes, but will also seek to upskill those around us, developing your change capability in the process.

Project and programme health checks and turnaround

Sometimes you need an external perspective to confirm what’s working well and where there is room for improvement. Sometimes things don’t go to plan and you quickly need to establish the facts and develop a way forward. Our consultants are available to thoroughly yet sensitively assess the health of your key projects and programmes, providing insights into whether or not things are on track, and the changes required to achieve better outcomes.

Jon’s work within the public sector to enhance the knowledge and performance of project management staff must be praised
